These terms

These terms cover reading enpar.ai. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. Enpar is based in Singapore.

Running your cloud on Enpar is a separate written agreement, with the data processing agreement beside it. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Using the site

The site is free to read. You may link to any page and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, or send automated requests at a rate that gets in the way of other readers.

We try to keep the site available and correct. We do not promise that it always is, and we may change or remove a page without notice.

Example views

The consoles, invoices, logs and reports shown on this site use one example operator, Acme Cloud, and three example customers. Every name and figure in them is illustrative. None of them is a result, a quote or a forecast.

Talking to us

Writing to us through Talk to us is a request for a conversation. It commits neither side. What we run for you, what it costs, how the switch-over works and how you leave are set out in the signed agreement, and the five promises on How we work are written into it.

What you tell us is handled as the privacy notice describes. Please do not send credentials or confidential technical detail through a form; that belongs in the follow-up, under an agreement that covers it.

What belongs to whom

The words, the drawings, the mark and the name Enpar belong to Enpar. What you tell us about your operation stays yours; we use it to answer you, and for nothing else.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. So far as the law of Singapore allows, Enpar is not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site, from a fault in it, or from a page being unavailable. Nothing here limits a liability the law says cannot be limited.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. When they change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
