Privacy notice

Who we are
Enpar is based in Singapore. This notice covers enpar.ai: what it collects when you read it, when you write to us through Talk to us, and when you ask for the launch note.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 we are the organisation responsible for the personal data this notice describes.
It does not cover the data an operator’s platform handles — their customers, their usage and their invoices. That data belongs to the operator, and Enpar processes it for them under the data processing agreement.
What we collect
What you type into a form, and the little a web server sees when a page opens. Nothing else, and each for one purpose.
- Talk to us: your name, work email, company, where your users are, how much you need, what you need, anything else you choose to write, and whether you asked for a price. We use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
- The launch note: your work email, and nothing else. We use it to send you the note.
- Server logs: the address a request came from, the page asked for, the browser’s user agent and the time, kept by our host to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
- Security reports: if a page breaks its content security policy, your browser sends a short report — the page, and what the policy would have blocked. Nothing in it is about you; we read it to fix the page.
The site sets no cookies. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without a cookie and without identifying you, and it counts three named events: which link to Talk to us was pressed, and on which page; that a Talk to us form was sent; and that someone asked for the launch note. None of them carries a name, an address or anything you typed. Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load, from timings your browser reports.
We never ask for a password, a payment card or an identity document on this site, and nothing you send is put through an automated decision. A person reads every message.
Where it is stored
The site runs on Vercel, in its Singapore region. A message from Talk to us is delivered by Resend as an email to our inbox, and Resend keeps the launch-note list; Resend processes that data in the United States. Vercel processes the server logs and the page-view counts in the United States.
So what you send us does leave Singapore. The Personal Data Protection Act allows that only where the data keeps a comparable standard of protection. The data-processing terms we hold with Vercel and Resend are how we meet it, and we answer for what they do with your data as if we had done it ourselves.
How long we keep it
- A message from Talk to us: for as long as we are talking, and for two years after the last message, so we can answer a follow-up. A signed agreement keeps its own records, under its own terms.
- The launch-note list: until you unsubscribe. Every note carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Server logs: for the short period our host keeps them, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to privacy@enpar.ai from the address you used, and we act within 30 days.
In Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 gives you the right to access and correct your data and to withdraw consent, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission. If you are in Malaysia, India or Indonesia, the data-protection law there may give you further rights, and we answer a request made under it in the same way.
